Refunds and Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return it for a full refund, no reason required, although feedback is appreciated.  You are responsible for the return shipping. Product must be returned unused unless it is being returned because of a defect  Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the product back.

1 Year Warranty

We warrant your product to be free from defects for one year from the receipt of the product.  Any defective product should be reported to linda@comebeadwithme.com, preferably with pictures.  We will determine the appropriate action depending on the nature of the problem.
