Are you searching for great beading patterns for beginners? You just found a great one! This hexagon bracelet gives you great practice in both peyote and brick stitch.

The main bracelet can either be done with odd count peyote, or you can stop a column short, do even count peyote and then add the extra row on with brick stitch. If odd-count peyote still terrifies you, then check out the easier way to do odd-count peyote stitch. Or you can download my free Peyote tutorial below which shows you how.
The bracelet is about 2.25 inches at the widest part and about 1.5 inches for the rest of it. I love the magnetic clasp I found on Etsy. If you decide to go that route, pay attention to the inside width of the opening. Some of them are extra wide because they are made for leather pieces. Your Delica beads will only take up about half the width leaving you with a big gap. A 2.5mm opening is ideal. Don't get confused between the outside dimensions of the clasp and the inside dimensions of the opening. If you decide to go with a magnetic clasp, buy the clasp first so you can cusomize the bracelet to fit. My clasp is 43mm x 17mm with an opening that is 40mm x 2.5mm. The bracelet fits inside the opening perfectly.
